Agreement for Legal Services
This Agreement for Legal Services (“Agreement”) entered the date the client`s signature below (the “Effective Date”) by between Ahl Legal Sydney (“Firm”) the client (“Client”).
WHEREAS, Firm is a law firm duly licensed to practice law in the State of New South Wales, Australia; and
WHEREAS, Client desires to retain the legal services of Firm for the purpose of representing Client in legal matters;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
Scope Representation
Firm agrees to represent Client in legal matters including but not limited to, contracts, negotiations, dispute resolutions, and any other legal matters as agreed upon by the parties in writing.
Professional Fees
Client agrees to compensate Firm for legal services provided on an hourly basis at the rates set forth in the Fee Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A. Client shall also be responsible for any costs and expenses incurred in connection with the legal representation.
Termination Representation
Either party may terminate the representation at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Client shall be responsible for payment of all fees and expenses incurred through the date of termination.
Confidentiality
Firm agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by Client in connection with the legal representation, in accordance with the laws and rules governing the legal practice in New South Wales.
Choice Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
Entire Agreement
