Welcome to the official legal contract of the Exeter Law Library Society. This contract outlines the terms and conditions of membership and participation in the society. Please read the following agreement carefully before signing or participating in any society activities.

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Exeter Law Library Society (“Society”) and the undersigned member (“Member”). The Member agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Eligibility: Membership in the Society is open to all law students currently enrolled at Exeter Law School. Non-law students may be eligible for associate membership, subject to approval by the Society`s executive board.

2. Membership Dues: Members are required to pay annual membership dues as determined by the Society`s executive board. Failure pay dues may result suspension Termination of Membership.

3. Member Rights and Responsibilities: Members right participate Society activities, including access law library resources study groups. Members are responsible for upholding the Society`s code of conduct and respecting the rights and privacy of fellow members.
