Exclusive Construction Law Jobs Contract in Melbourne
This contract, entered into by and between the undersigned parties, is for the exclusive provision of construction law jobs in Melbourne. The terms and conditions outlined herein shall govern the relationship between the parties and shall be binding upon them.
1. Scope Work
Party A shall provide legal services related to construction law, including but not limited to contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and compliance with local and state regulations. Party B shall engage Party A exclusively for all construction law matters arising in Melbourne.
